- You acknowledge that this service is continuous and if cancelled, the property owner must re-list, paying the appropriate fees where applicable.
- Listing fees and features purchased may not be transferred to another listing. You acknowledge that you understand a listing is for one property only.
- You agree to maintain the information in your listing by promptly updating the listing to represent the most current information, situation, and data. For example, price, status, pending sale, real estate listing, cancellation, etc.
- Your listing will remain active until it is sold, taken off the market, or listed with a real estate agency. You agree to notify FSBOSiouxFalls.com of such a change in status, and understand that your ad expires when such a status change has occurred.
- You agree not to post any statements or pictures that could be considered threatening, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or illegal.
- You understand that FSBOSiouxFalls.com reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing, at any time, for any reason that it deems appropriate.
When sign rental options are purchased, the buyer should contact FSBOSiouxFalls.com by phone or e-mail to arrange a time for sign pickup or delivery. It is recommended that the property owner call their respective "Call Before You Dig" (In SD, 1-800-781-7474, www.sdonecall.com) number to have utilities marked before installing any Yard Signs. Sprinkler system components should also be considered before the homeowner installs any Yard Sign. FSBOSiouxFalls.com does not accept responsibility for injury or damages involving the customer installation of any sign we offer. Purchasing of any of our services indicates your agreement and compliance with this policy.
All signage remains the property of FSBOSiouxFalls.com. You are not allowed to write on, deface, damage, or harm the signs in any way. Adhesive vinyl lettering will be provided with the sign for the property owner to use in displaying their contact information. Writing on the sign will deem it unusable for future customers, and you will be charged an additional $30 sign replacement fee.
If your property is sold, taken off the market or listed with a real estate agency, you are to notify FSBOSiouxFalls.com immediately either by phone or e-mail. If sign rental was provided, all Signage should be made available for immediate pick-up by FSBOSiouxFalls.com, or dropped off at our specified location by the property owner. Signage to be picked up by FSBOSiouxFalls.com should be placed by the property owner's front door or other easily noticed location. The Signage will be picked-up within 7 days of notification. If the Yard Sign(s), and/or its components, are damaged beyond normal wear and tear, the customer will be billed an additional $30 sign replacement fee.
FSBOSiouxFalls.com recognizes that directional sign(s) are usually not located on your property and that sometimes these types of Signs are damaged, lost or stolen. Because of this fact, property owners will not be charged additional fees if any of the above mentioned occurs to directional signs. However, the property owner is still responsible for all Signage and should make every reasonable effort to return all Signage to FSBOSiouxFalls.com in their original condition.
FSBOSiouxFalls.com does not offer refunds once your listing is made public on our web site.
If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, you may not access, use, purchase services and/or goods made available through FSBOSiouxFalls.com, and should immediately exit this site.
